1. Warranty period
The labor warranty is valid for 30 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first, starting from the original repair date.
2. What’s covered
The warranty covers only the labor performed for the repair and protects against defects in workmanship. If a defect is found during the warranty period, Chuck’s will re-perform the labor to fix the issue at its discretion and expense.
3. Customer-supplied parts
If a failure is caused by a part supplied by the customer, all warranties, including labor, are null and void.
4. How to file a claim
To initiate a warranty claim, a customer must follow these steps:
- Return the vehicle to Chuck’s shop or address during business hours for inspection.
- Provide the original repair order as proof of the original service.
- Obtain authorization from Chuck’s Mobile Auto Service before any warranty-related work is performed.
5. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
